As Senior Experience & Content Manager (f/m/d), you will play an essential role in designing and delivering high-impact global events and live communication formats for Siemens' C-level audience. Your focus will be to translate strategic vision into engaging narratives, operational excellence and flawless execution, ensuring every experience leaves a lasting impression.

You’ll create impact by 

  • Experience Production & Operational Ownership of Global Experiences
    • End to end operational management of complex global events and experiences (on site, hybrid, digital) with a clear focus on the attendee and stakeholder experience
    • Translation of high level concepts into experience journeys
    • Contributing ideas and creative approaches for formats, storytelling devices and key moments, and turning them into executable concepts
  • Experience, Content Creation & Staging
    • Staging of event content across all touchpoints to make key messages clear, compelling and audience ready
    • Developing creative content formats and staging ideas (e.g., modular storylines, visual systems, interactive moments) that help messages land – from concept to final asset
    • Content creation coordination: briefing, drafting, editing, consolidation and version control in close alignment with the strategic lead
    • Ensuring CI/CD compliance, tone of voice – and that content is truly “stage ready”
    • Day to day coordination of creative, production and technical agencies – including creative alignment, feedback loops and quality review
  • Stakeholder & Process Management
    • Leading senior stakeholders and clients through complex decision‑making processes
    • Translating implicit needs into clear direction, even when requirements are not explicitly articulated
    • Acting as a trusted sparring partner for clients and internal stakeholders on content, narrative and experience design
 

This is how you'll win us over 

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Production, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience & Skills:
    • Several years of professional experience in experience production, event management, live communication or brand/content production.
    • Expertise in delivering high-profile, international and executive-level events.
    • Strong storytelling and narrative design skills, with high standards for visuals and audience experiences.
    • Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities in time-sensitive contexts.
    • Proficiency in content structuring to ensure messaging clarity for senior audiences.
  • Ways of working:
    • Highly structured, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work.
    • Calm and solution-oriented, even under significant pressure or tight deadlines.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas, explore alternatives, and craft compelling approaches within constraints.
    • Comfortable operating in a dynamic leadership-followership environment with clear task ownership.
  • Languages: Fluent English is essential; German skills are considered a plus.
