In this role, you own and shape the narrative of Digital Solutions. You proactively connect the dots, turn complex digital capabilities into compelling stories, and constantly challenge how we communicate, position, and scale our impact. You think beyond standard formats, actively reach out to stakeholders, and push communication to the next level.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and storytelling and directly contributes to accelerating the impact and visibility of Digital Solutions across Siemens and selected external audiences.

You'll make an impact by

• Own and actively drive the communication narrative for the Digital Solutions portfolio (AI, Automation, Data, Cloud, Process Transformation)
• Translate complex digital solutions into clear, sharp, and value driven messages for different audiences, from management to experts to customers
• Proactively identify communication opportunities, topics, and gaps; you do not wait to be asked
• Create compelling stories around initiatives, projects, and successes that create visibility, excitement, and trust
• Develop and continuously evolve portfolio communication assets such as solution descriptions, presentations, success stories, and executive ready materials
• Work closely with solution leads, architects, product owners, and experts, actively pulling content, insights, and differentiation
• Drive internal and selective external communication formats such as newsletters, campaigns, communities, leadership communications, and new formats beyond standards
• Act as a sparring partner and challenger for management and teams on positioning, storytelling, and audience specific messaging
• Ensure a consistent, strong, and recognizable voice of Digital Solutions across all channels
• 1Constantly improve how we communicate: formats, clarity, structure, and impact, with a clear focus on value and outcomes

This is how you'll win us over

• Master Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Several years of experience in strategic communication or digital/corporate communications, ideally in a technology or consulting environment
• Strong ability to translate complex digital topics into clear, compelling messages
• Proven storytelling and content creation skills (text, presentations, portfolio communication)
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross functional expert teams
• Interest in digital transformation, AI, automation, data, and cloud
• Structured, proactive, hands on working style
• Fluent English; German is a plus
