我们正在为西门子机电科技（江苏）有限公司制造三部精益团队招聘一名数字化工程师，该岗位作为公司数字化技术主要持有者，负责探索、积累数字化先进技术和解决方案，识别数字化机会，将业务需求转换为数字化解决方案。在公司适当的领域推进数字化技术，提高公司员工基本数字化思维和开发能力。

What are my responsibilities? 你将在这些领域发挥影响力
1. Translate business requirements into problem statements, design and implement solution with AI/ML technology. 将业务需求转化为问题陈述，采用人工智能/机器学习技术设计并实施解决方案
2. Interpret data, filter and "clean" data, analyze results using statistical techniques. 解读数据，过滤并“清理”数据，采用统计技术分析结果
3. Design, build and enhance intuitive dashboards using data visualization tools for business. 利用数据可视化工具为企业设计、构建并优化直观的仪表盘
4. Mapping and managing internal and external stakeholders involved in the project execution. 映射并管理项目执行所涉及的内部与外部利益相关方
5. Simulate the design of lean production and logistics via simulation technologies and tools运用数字化仿真技术和工具，对精益单元设计和物流方案进行仿真
6. Work cross-function and sometimes cross-country to identify solutions to project challenges. 跨职能协作，有时跨越国界，共同为各种挑战寻求解决方案
7. Other assignments arranged by management according to business needs其他由业务需求决定的来自管理层的任务安排

What do I need to qualify for this job? 期待你具备的技能和胜任力
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in math, statistics, CS, data science, business analysis or other related major数学、统计学、计算机科学、数据科学、商业分析或其他相关专业本科以上学历
2. Solid understanding of the principles of artificial intelligence as well as extensive experience in project management. 对人工智能原理有扎实的理解，在项目管理方面有丰富的经验
3. Experienced in data models, database design and data mining有数据模型、数据库设计和数据挖掘方面的经验
4. Experienced in simulation is a plus有仿真经验者优先
5. Working experience in manufacturing industry is a plus有制造业工作经验者优先 
6. Hands on experience on applying AI to real case is a plus有将人工智能应用于实际案例的实践经验者尤佳
7. Fluent in spoken and written English英语口语和书面语流利
