We are looking for: IT Service Professional : AI enabled process manager for IT services

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Identify AI and automation use cases and deliver solutions
  • Drive improvements with application management teams of external providers
  • Apply strong analytical and governance skills across data analysis, quality measurement, audit readiness, and structured documentation

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

  • Experience with working and setup of AI agents to support own work
  • Experience working with SAP ERP systems
  • Experience on cooperation with external providers driving application maintenance
  • Experience with test management and test automation
  • Project experience and relevant certifications
  • Experience working in both waterfall and agile delivery approaches
