• Own the Product Lifecycle: Lead technical ownership from concept and design through industrialization, launch, and continuous improvement within the electrical protection portfolio.
• Translate Market Needs into Engineering Solutions: Convert customer, market, and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and robust engineering designs.
• Enable Sales Through Technical Expertise: Develop technical documentation, application guidelines, and product configurations to support presales and solution deployment.
• Drive Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Act as the key technical interface between Global R&D, manufacturing, quality, sales teams, and external partners to ensure successful execution.
• Strengthen Portfolio Competitiveness: Perform technical and competitive analysis to identify performance, cost, and feature improvement opportunities and support market-ready solutions.

Your defining qualities:

• Relevant Industry Experience: 3–5 years of experience in product engineering, applications, or technical sales within the electrical products or power distribution industry.
• Strong Technical Communication: Able to clearly communicate complex technical concepts in English to internal teams, customers, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Analytical and Data‑Driven: Skilled in technical product benchmarking, performance comparison, and cost/price analysis to support engineering and portfolio decisions.
• Adaptable and Resilient: Comfortable working in fast‑paced, matrix environments while managing multiple priorities and tight timelines.
• Solution‑Oriented Mindset: Demonstrates strong ownership, a growth mindset, and familiarity with product development lifecycles and digital tools supporting product and market analysis.
