About the Team

Our MarCom, Sales and Delivery Services (MSD) business line brings together expertise in Marketing, Communication, Sales, and Delivery Services. We support the business from sales enablement and order handling all the way through to delivery and after‑sales support—helping teams work smarter and deliver great customer experiences at every step.

Your Mission will be...

Your mission will be to gain hands‑on experience in a Global Business Services environment while supporting the MSD teams in their daily activities. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, learn on the job, and contribute to real service and customer support tasks in a dynamic, international setting.

In this role, you will:

  • Support MSD customer service and delivery‑related activities;
  • Assist the team with day‑to‑day operational tasks across sales and delivery processes;
  • Process and track customer requests using our case management systems;
  • Help document customer feedback and support service improvement initiatives;
  • Take part in team meetings and contribute to service quality and continuous improvement actions.

We Are Looking for Someone Who…

  • Is currently studying or has recently graduated in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field;
  • Is curious, motivated, and eager to learn in a professional, international environment;
  • Enjoys working in a team and communicating with different people;
  • Is organized, reliable, and pays attention to detail;
  • Feels comfortable using digital tools (or is happy to learn);
  • Has good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus);
  • Brings a positive attitude and a willingness to support daily operations.
