We are looking for job title : Network Architect - Production Area Network

You’ll create impact by

• Lead the definition and design of network services aligned with ITIL frameworks, Zero Trust principles, and organisational strategy.
• Document and standardise network service components, processes, and interfaces to improve transparency, reuse, and operational consistency.
• Define and drive the service roadmap, enabling automation, AI-driven improvements, and future-ready network capabilities.
• Govern network service architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Manage complex dependencies between network services and critical IT applications to ensure stable integrations.
• Establish ServiceNow as the system of record for network services, assets, configurations, and operational processes.
• Drive service integration and automation through API-first design and AIOps concepts to reduce manual effort.
• Improve service quality and MTTR by proactively identifying architectural risks and optimising performance.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including

• Bringing 5+ years of experience in IT architecture or senior technical roles focused on service design and delivery.
• Applying deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and SecOps across complex enterprise environments.
• Designing and implementing Zero Trust architectures, including ZTNA, IAM, and network segmentation.
• Working hands-on with ServiceNow to support ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and service governance needs.
• Using strong expertise in Cisco SDN technologies such as ACI, DNA Center, and Meraki.
• Contributing to IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives across hybrid and cloud-integrated environments.
• Engaging and influencing diverse technical and business stakeholders with clear, structured communication.
