We are looking for job title: LoanIQ Solution Architect

You’ll create impact by

• Lead design and implementation of complex Java applications for commercial and syndicated lending, with deep Loan IQ customization and SDK development.
• Own Loan IQ technical authority, ensuring data model integrity, integration consistency, and best practices across architecture and delivery.
• Architect and deliver integrations between Loan IQ and surrounding systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Design and maintain Oracle schemas, PL/SQL stored procedures, and performance-tuned SQL to support high-transaction lending workflows.
• Drive Microsoft 365 integrations with OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and data accessibility in SFS IT applications.
• Evaluate, prototype, and implement AI and LLM use cases to streamline document analysis, credit memo generation, and intelligent data extraction.
• Mentor and “guard” junior developers and external colleagues, enabling smooth onboarding, consistent code quality, and alignment with Siemens standards.
• Improve performance, scalability, and security through rigorous code reviews, design patterns, and enforced secure coding practices.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including

• 10+ years building Java solutions using Spring Boot, Hibernate, JEE, and JPA in complex enterprise environments.
• 10+ years with Oracle databases across data modelling, administration, PL/SQL development, and performance tuning.
• 10+ years of deep Loan IQ expertise, including its data model, customization framework, SDK, and integration patterns.
• 5+ years using low-code platforms such as Mendix for front-end development and back-end integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Applying AI/ML concepts with LLM integration skills, including prompt engineering, RAG patterns, API consumption, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong syndicated lending domain knowledge, including loan lifecycle, agency operations, lender-of-record processes, and fee/interest accrual workflows.
• Leading teams in Agile and Scrum, communicating clearly in English, and collaborating effectively across global, virtual, multi-location teams.
