Position Headline

Organizes office administration, in support of an assigned professional or manager team.

Responsibilities of the Role

• Completes assigned day-to-day tasks, of different kind.
• May assist in preparing annual budgets and completes analysis of monthly budget activity.
• Schedules appointments and meetings and writes respective minutes and protocols.
• Coordinates and establishes all travel arrangements and reconciles travel and expense reports.
• Answers, screens, and places phone calls, and manages in- and outbound correspondence.
• Monitors all information flow, including maintaining paper and electronic files.
• Prepares presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings.
• Assist in integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.

Qualifications and Experience

• Office Administration Degree/Diploma or Equivalent.
• 0-1 years’ experience in office administration
• Administrative background preferred, preferably within Siemens or other multinational.
• Aptitude for detail and systematic approach
• Experience in multicultural environments preferable.

Skills and Attributes

• Must be able to juggle many stakeholders simultaneously, without losing sight of the goal.
• Aptitude for detail and follow up is a necessity.
• Fully proficient in Office tools
• Siemens administrative processes and tools (Spodom, SAP etc)
• Office management
• Customer handling
• Relevant language skills
• Commercial understanding
