We are looking for: Senior Electrical Engineer - (PA/MVS Proposal)

You’ll make an impact by:

·       Develop technical proposals for electrical infrastructure with a focus on switchgear automation and protection systems (MV)

·       Design secure & efficient automation architectures for datacenter environments, covering:  Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs) and protection relays RTUs, station controllers, gateways and local HMI/engineering access switchgear and substation communication networks.

·       Embed cybersecurity by design into switchgear automation solutions, aligned with datacenter requirements for availability, redundancy, and controlled access.

·       Identify cybersecurity risks during the presales phase and propose practical, operationally safe mitigation measures.

·       Participate in large complex multidisciplinary projects.

·       Contributing to internal improvement processes..

Use your skills to move the world forward!

·       Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree (Electrical engineering preferably) with at least 5 years of experience in proposals.

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar proposal engineering role.

·       Strong understanding of SCADA systems, energy automation, and substation architectures.

·       Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g. IEC 61850, IEC 62443) from a solution and proposal perspective.

·       Ability to explain technical and cybersecurity topics clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.

·       Experience assessing trade offs between security, availability, cost, and operational impact during presales activities.

·       Full-time availability (40 hours per week.
