In this role, you drive strategic advisory and digital transformation in the Life Science industry in the UK & Ireland region by leading business development, establishing innovative strategies and consulting engagements that meet client expectations. You build trusted relationships with C-level executives, craft tailored solutions, and spearhead sales strategies that leverage cutting-edge technology for sustainable growth.

This role will be location independent, with regular travel to customer sites.  

You’ll create impact by:

  • Engage C-level decision-makers and key stakeholders across Life Sciences, building trusted, strategic relationships and positioning yourself as a valued advisor. Represent Advanta within the Siemens Key Account Manager organisation, providing strategic input to elevate account value and impact.
  • Qualify and nurture leads through needs analysis, value articulation, and solution design. Lead proposal development with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for clients.
  • Oversee multiple consulting engagements, delivering digital strategies, capabilities, and competitive advantage in complex, technology-driven projects—on time and to client expectations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Life Science accounts, leveraging the Siemens and Advanta portfolio to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions supporting digital transformation.
  • Act as a senior client-facing leader, building long-term, trust-based relationships that drive future growth. Collaborate across Siemens globally in a “One Tech Company” approach to maximise opportunities.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and marketing activities to strengthen Advanta’s brand and market presence.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, including forecasting, account planning, cost estimation, and negotiation, ensuring tailored solutions and successful deal closure.
  • Support Advanta’s strategy by driving transformation and reinforcing its role as a transformational lead, first-of-a-kind implementor, and value optimiser within the region.
You're excited to build upon your existing expertise, including:
  • Strong experience in the Life Sciences industry (or consulting within it), with a focus on digital transformation in business operations.
  • Results-driven and entrepreneurial, combining value-selling, market insight, and analytical problem-solving with a collaborative approach to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Solid industry and technical expertise, including Life Sciences domain knowledge and understanding of integrated technology stacks (IoT, AI, IT/OT, cybersecurity).
  • Proven ability to build client relationships (including leveraging an existing network), work across international teams, and communicate complex ideas clearly in English.
