What do you contribute?
We are looking for a motivated, self-driven working student for our Data Analytics team to help us roll out our global data enablement program, support our business in building data products and scaling use cases within the Siemens Data & AI Cloud. If you acknowledge the importance of Data for AI and see your sweet spot at the intersection of business and technology, you've come to the right place!
- You are a key contributor to our global data enablement program covering topics around data strategy, data governance, data products, data analytics or AI-ready data / talk-to-your data features. This includes support in program management, development of trainings, train-the-trainer formats and learning resources like AI-supported learning paths, guides and internal certifications.
- You are helping our businesses navigating their data and AI transformation by organizing enablement workshops and events together with our businesses and global ambassador networks.
- You are helping our own team to become more efficient in managing business requests by creating automations, SharePoints, chatbots and agents.
- You are supporting the team lead in preparing management presentations as well as running enablement and data strategy workshops.
What do you bring along?
- You are currently studying Communications, Business, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable subject, preferrable in your master’s degree.
- You are available to work approx. 16 - 20 hours / week.
- You enjoy teaching and enabling others and have experience in developing and conducting workshops, teach-ins and (AI-supported) learning resources.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical topics in a clear and understandable way for different target groups.
- Previous work experience in project management, preparing management presentations or data / analytics tools like Power BI, Power Automate, or Microsoft Copilot (Studio) are a plus.
- You are characterized by initiative, reliability and an independent and result-oriented way of working.
- Good English skills are essential. German is a plus.

Attractive conditions
With us you will receive an attractive salary. You start with 15,17€ per hour and receive 19,36€ per hour from the 7th month.
