Job Title: Technology Consultant (Factory Automation & Digitalization)

You'll make a difference by:

• Architecting IT/OT Bridges: Designing and deploying scalable, secure architectures that seamlessly connect shopfloor machines (SCADA, Edge) to enterprise IT systems.
• Driving Innovation via PoCs: Building rapid proof-of-concepts and prototypes for advanced use cases like predictive maintenance, software-defined automation, and computer vision.
• Developing Industrial Data Pipelines: Engineering applications, APIs, and data connectors to ensure smooth data flows from machines to edge and cloud platforms.
• Leading Technical Consulting: Transforming complex customer requirements into practical automation solutions through technical workshops, demos, and pre-sales proposal support.
• Ensuring Delivery Excellence: Taking a hands-on approach to testing, debugging, deploying, and troubleshooting complex industrial software solutions from concept to production.
  

Your defining qualities:

• The IT/OT Hybrid Expert: Possesses 4–8 years of experience in industrial automation or solution engineering, backed by a degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer Science.
• Industrial Platform Savvy: Demonstrates strong knowledge of SCADA and industrial protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus), with proven experience in ecosystems like Siemens, Rockwell, or Schneider.
• Software-Minded Engineer: Proficient in languages like Python, C#, or C++, with a solid grasp of APIs, Linux, and Docker/containerization.
• Adaptive Problem Solver: An early-to-mid-career professional with a hands-on mindset, comfortable working independently across multiple technical domains while quickly learning new technologies.
