In this role you will:
- Perform pre-defined technical tasks including basic commissioning, system integration, and maintenance activities on-site and remotely
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support to customers, resolving product and system issues effectively
- Coordinate and execute service operations to ensure reliable performance of customer equipment
- Support customers both remotely and on-site to maintain operational continuity
- Identify potential service opportunities and contribute to sales lead generation and planning activities
- Ensure compliance with defined processes, safety standards, and applicable regulations

- Relevant technical qualification or experience in electrical, mechanical, or systems environments
- Experience in maintenance, commissioning, or field service delivery
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in technical environments
- Customer-focused approach with effective communication and teamwork skills
