We are looking for Senior Business & Automation Tester.

Before our software developers write even a single line of code, they have to understand what drives our customers. What is the environment? What is the user story based on? Implementation means – trying, testing, and improving outcomes until a final solution emerges. Knowledge means exchange – discussions with colleagues from all over the world.

You’ll make a difference by:
• Collaborating with consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Reviewing requirements (User Stories, business processes, Use Cases) to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability.
• Designing, executing and maintaining manual and automated test cases.
• Supporting and improving test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Performing functional, E2E, regression, UI, and API testing.
• Preparing test data and manage defects through resolution.
• Planning and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards.

Job requirements/ skills:
• 4-7 yrs of strong experience in Business/Functional Testing and Test Automation.
• Experience with CI/CD, SDLC, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Good understanding of business requirements and test scenario design.
• Hands-on experience with UI and API testing (Playwright/Postman is a plus).
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages:
TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with manual, regression, E2E, and UAT testing.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
