We are looking for: Team lead - Data Strategy and Service Lead for Data Migration

You’ll make an impact by:

• We are looking for an IT Service Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in a team who are defining and maintaining the data migration for the SAP ecosystem but also working over Data & AI topics in our core platforms and services.
• Driving the overall data migration over different entities and services, ensuring full coordination and successful engagement with different teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with other members of the SAP team on cross-functional solutions with respect to test, design, implantation, documentations etc.
• Overall Data Product management and development know how and Data Strategy for large corporations.
• Leading and steering a team with a focus on Data.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• Having completed a university degree in the fields of computer science, information technology, or a comparable qualification
• Several years (7-10) of professional IT experience in SAP and ~5 years in leading teams with multicultural experience.
• Experience in Data Migration in SAP.
• Good analytical skills and critical thinking, ability to respond quickly to innovations and new developments
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, good interpersonal skills, attention on detail, and experience with customer projects.
• Working in an agile environment, being capable of building long-term relationships with internal colleagues and external providers and enjoying working in an international and multi-functional team.
• Focus on people growth and steering more junior colleagues.
• Strategic Thinking and vision for Data roadmap in large corporations.
