Your new role – diverse and future-oriented

·         Support daily operations in IT Service Management (e.g. request, and change management)

·         Learn how modern IT organizations operate and continuously improve services

·         Explore and support the use of Artificial Intelligence in IT services (e.g. automation, user support, data insights)

·         Contribute to the development and improvement of internal IT communication and documentation

·         Prepare presentations and communication materials for different stakeholder groups

·         Support the organization of meetings, workshops, and internal IT initiatives

·         Conduct independent research and structure information for decision-making

·         Collaborate with interdisciplinary and international teams in a digital environment

·         Bring in your own ideas and actively contribute to shaping future IT solutions


Your profile – curious, adaptable, and motivated

·         Ongoing studies in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Communication, Teacher education or a related field

·         Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, and modern IT systems

·         Motivation to learn and understand IT Service Management (ITSM)

·         Quick learner with a structured and proactive working style

·         Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and changing environment

·         Strong communication and presentation skills

·         Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
