Currently, we are searching for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to become the trusted right hand to senior leaders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, staying one step ahead, and bringing structure and efficiency to a dynamic team.

You’ll be a key support to our senior leadership team, including the CEO and CFO, helping to coordinate priorities, manage day-to-day activities, and ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of a wide range of executive support functions, including proactive diary and travel management, meeting coordination, presentations, reporting, budgeting support, stakeholder engagement, and general administrative support. You’ll also support meetings through minute taking, coordinating logistics such as catering, and assisting with expense management, while playing a key role in enabling leadership success and contributing to a culture of collaboration, customer excellence, and continuous improvement.
