You will partner closely with GBS CEE leadership and key stakeholders to structure and advance our ongoing transformation journey. What you’ll do:

• Drive improvement initiatives: Initiate, structure, and execute performance and transformation initiatives across GBS CEE, ensuring sustainable outcomes are delivered.
• Partner with Leadership: Engage directly with senior leadership and operational stakeholders to understand priorities and move improvement topics forward.
• Analyze End-to-End Processes: Deep dive into cross-functional and cross-border processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas beyond local optimization.
• Utilize Data & AI: Investigate processes, systems, and data to uncover improvement opportunities, using data analysis and digital tools (including AI) to build actionable insights.
• Facilitate alignment: Lead collaborative workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders, drive root-cause understanding, and enable decisions across functions.
• Apply Lean & CI: Use Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies pragmatically to structure analysis and guide initiatives.
• Create transparency: Provide leadership with clear insights on progress, impact, and improvement potential to support management decision-making.
  

What you’ll bring:

We are seeking a collaborative professional who balances technical expertise with practical experience. Your profile should include:

• GBS Experience: Proven experience working within a Global Business Services (GBS) environment, understanding shared services models and their unique operational challenges.
• Language Fluency: Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus!
• Methodology Mastery: Strong training and hands-on experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred but is not a must), Agile, or similar frameworks.
• Project Track Record: A demonstrable track record of successfully implemented projects that have led to measurable organizational improvements, cost savings, or enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and develop practical, sustainable solutions.
• AI‑Enabled Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate experience in AI tools or relevant training, with practical application in Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence work.
• Communication & Coaching Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively coach, influence, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with process mapping tools, data analysis, and project management software.
