As an OEM Regional Sales Manager within our Smart Buildings division, you will play a key role in driving growth across the OEM market in your region. You’ll work closely with customers to develop and deliver tailored HVAC and refrigeration solutions, combining technical insight with commercial awareness to design solutions from the ground up. Your aim will be to embed our products as a core part of your customers’ own offerings.

This is a highly autonomous role, suited to someone who is determined and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You’ll be expected to find opportunities, shape solutions, and convert them into long-term, sustainable growth.

This role is location independent, with travel across the UK to customers.

You’ll create impact by:

  • Drive OEM business growth by identifying, developing, and winning new opportunities while expanding existing accounts and increasing share of wallet
  • Consistently deliver against sales targets, converting customer needs into profitable, sustainable orders
  • Design and deliver tailored HVAC and refrigeration solutions, often built from first principles, combining technical expertise with commercial insight
  • Partner closely with customers and internal engineering/product teams to co-create solutions aligned to application requirements and delivery capabilities
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from engineering teams to senior decision-makers
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including shaping growth plans, managing negotiations, and implementing effective pricing strategies
  • Provide technical guidance, product training, and workshops to support customer understanding, adoption, and long-term success
  • Leverage market insight and internal collaboration across the Siemens global network to find opportunities, strengthen offerings, and drive innovation

You’ll bring:

  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical, commercial solutions
  • Proven experience in OEM technical sales, key account management, or engineered/customised solution environments, supported by an engineering background (preferred)
  • Confident communicator with strong influencing skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels and building lasting customer relationships
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused, with a track record of delivering revenue growth, developing new solutions, and maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention
