The Buyer plays an important role in supporting project delivery by ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. You will work closely with project teams and suppliers to help deliver large-scale infrastructure projects successfully and on time.

Transform the everyday through your role in creating sustainable transport solutions.

You will:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities for assigned categories, ensuring compliance with Siemens processes
  • Support supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management
  • Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, project teams) to meet project requirements
  • Monitor supplier performance and contribute to resolving issues, risks, and delivery challenges
  • Support cost optimisation, sustainability initiatives, and procurement reporting

Your qualifications and skills to create a better tomorrow

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, ideally in infrastructure, EPC, or project-based environments
  • Good understanding of sourcing, supplier management, and contract processes
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams
  • Fluent Vietnamese (mandatory) and strong English communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
