Role Summary:

As Research Coordinator, you will play a key role in enabling high-quality research across the Nordics and Baltics, through the coordination of research-related agreements and processes.

You will partner with internal stakeholders and external partners, to ensure research projects are delivered to a high standard, and align with scientific, regulatory, and organisational requirements.

This role is based in Sweden, with occasional travel (10–15%) to support research activities and stakeholder collaboration.

Your role:

  • Support the delivery of research projects by ensuring structured, compliant, and efficient execution of research methodologies and processes.
  • Oversee contract management processes, from drafting agreements to coordinating reviews, signatures (electronic and paper), and archiving.
  • Organise and facilitate research and steering committee meetings.
  • Monitor research project progress, including key milestones, deliverables, and timelines, to ensure studies remain on track and generate meaningful outputs.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible documentation and records.
  • Manage and coordinate software and hardware licenses and purchase orders and invoicing.

Your expertise:

  • Experience working within a research environment (e.g., med tech, healthcare, or academia), with an understanding of research processes and standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and external stakeholders in a research-driven environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple research activities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; additional languages (particularly Swedish or German) are advantageous.
