The role supports sales readiness, operational excellence, and data governance across the Sales Region and Zone as a key enabler for effective sales execution. It steers customer allocation, quota implementation, and Point-of-Sale (POS) data transparency, identifying inefficiencies in sales operations, consolidating feedback, and driving improvements in collaboration with Region and Zone functions. Additionally, it ensures the successful adoption of sales tools (e.g., CRM) and the quality and timeliness of sales-related data across systems. The role also facilitates the breakdown and orchestration of the Go-To-Market(GTM) strategy at the Sales Region Level, driving the implementation of Sales Region and DI CN strategic initiatives, supporting forecasting and revenue planning cycles, preparing customer analytics, and synthesizing insights for data-driven decision-making. Furthermore, it ensures the consistent application of governance guidelines and standardization.

Main responsibilities

? Sales Support & Execution
Steer customer allocation and provide Point-of-Sale (POS) transparency.
Support implementation of quotas and incentive programs (SIP, SPIF), tracking adherence and effectiveness.
Ensure consistent operational execution of strategic initiatives and facilitate roll-out of DI CN topics to Sales Regions. 

? Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies by analyzing trends and collecting feedback across the sales organization.
Aggregate feedback from Sales Channels/Functions or Sales Regions, escalating relevant points to Zone or DI CN.
Drive process optimization in collaboration with Zone Level functions, supporting implementation of improvement opportunities. 

? Data Governance & Tool Optimization
Support rollout or adaptation of sales tools (e.g., CRM) to optimize workflows and liberate customer interaction data.
Assist Sales teams in utilizing tools, ensuring full adoption and correct usage.
Monitor data quality and timeliness across sales systems, ensuring all sales data is up-to-date and well-managed.

? Strategic Planning & Analysis
Support Go-To-Market(GTM) strategy breakdown and orchestration at the regional level.
Break down Sales Region/Zone/DI CN strategic frameworks into region-specific requirements.
Manage resource planning, facilitate quarterly forecasting, and ensure coordination of revenue planning activities.
Prepare customer analytics, synthesize insights, and support decision-making through timely reporting.

? Culture Development & Communication 
Support the development and implementation of regional people strategies/programs and various DI CN/Region awards nominations & whole process.
Plan and organize the regional/DI CN events and cultural initiatives.
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the sales region, supporting SU-level strategic programs.

Qualifications & Experience

具备3~5年的相关岗位或领域的工作经验,具备丰富的销售策划和运营相关知识和经验;项目管理方面有经验者优先;
具备跨国企业工作经验,能够适应多元化文化工作环境
