Senior Sales Manager/ Sales Manager (Electrical Products)

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales and marketing activities of low voltage products, including the digital solution development for HK and Macau market. The primary responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the sales and marketing activities of electrical (low voltage and control product) products, e.g. conducting pre-sales presentation and customer visits, handling sales and tendering enquiries…etc,
• Analyze the market demand and define business strategy
• Review and introduce suitable product portfolio for business development
• Establish excellent relationships with customers (end users/ consultants/ contractors/ distributors…), business partners and internal stakeholders to facilitate the business growth
• ⁠Formulate the digital and IoT strategies, by introducing advanced technologies to the market
• Responsible for business performance, budgeting and business forecast, and preparing monthly sales report and opportunities pipeline for management review,
• Provide technical support and handle the variations to the clients on project execution,
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve the business objectives
• Manage the sales and marketing documentation in accordance with internal ISO system, safety, health, environmental and quality requirements,



Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

• Degree holder in Electrical Engineering/ Building Services/ Information Technology/ Computer Engineering and other equivalent disciplines,
• 10 years of electrical engineering with sales and marketing working experience is preferable. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager,
• Knowledge of electrical industry, particularly in commercial and contractor businesses, is required. Candidate who has the experience in digital solution development and IoT knowledge would be an advantage,
• ⁠Familiar with the IEC (e.g. IEC 61439, IEC 60947, IEC 62443…) and relevant international standards. Professional membership and active participation in engineering institutions would be an advantage,
• Good communication skills and high initiative to take up challenges,
• Can work independently with customer focus,
• Well-versed in MS Office, software programming and AutoCAD applications,
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
