In some instances, you'll also interact directly with customers and partners on operational matters, actively contributing to smooth and effective renewal execution.

- Contribute to data control and reporting, providing insights that support decision-making
- Support the adoption of new tools and initiatives, helping teams transition smoothly to improved processes
- Drive continuous process improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
- Strong administrative expertise with solid knowledge of administrative practices and procedures
- Proficiency with office technology, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel – proficiency will be checked during the recruitment process), Salesforce and ideally SAP
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with people at all levels, both internally and externally
- Ability to execute effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork abilities and a welcoming approach to supporting colleagues
- Fluent in Italian, with the ability to communicate clearly with international teams and local stakeholders, and at least intermediate English
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with flexibility and self-organization
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems or sales support processes
