Part-Time Working Student (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment)
We are looking for a Quality & Environmental Protection Health Safety Part-Time Working Student who will work in the SI Buildings Q&EHS Department to support digitalization, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of digital solutions, support data analysis and reporting, and help simplify routine processes through Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Power BI and Power Apps.
What part will you play?
- Support QHSE reporting and administrative processes.
- Assist the QHSE team in risk assessments, site inspections, and safety observation activities.
- Assist in maintaining and improving SharePoint sites and digital workspaces.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Support process digitalization initiatives using Power Apps and other Microsoft 365 tools.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline routine tasks.
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and management reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency projects.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Preferrably a 3rd undergraduate student in an Engineering program
- Available to work approximately 2.5 days per week during the academic year.
- Interested in digitalization, automation, and process improvement.
- Familiarity with or strong interest in SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Apps.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of English language both written and spoken.
