What We Look for in the Resume
We are specifically looking for evidence of:
Hands on hardware ownership, not only analysis or oversight
Direct tester development (schematics, wiring, fixtures)
Subsystem integration and bring up work
Real troubleshooting examples, not just theoretical design
Consistent execution in lab-based roles over the last 5 years

Work Style & Mindset
Practical, “get it working” engineering mindset
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, early development environments
Strong ownership of problems from discovery to resolution
Collaborative, but able to work independently in the lab
