You'll make a difference by
  • Developing and executing local marketing strategies that align with business objectives, strengthen customer engagement, generate demand, and maximize return on marketing investment through effective budget and roadmap management.
  • Localizing global campaigns and content by adapting messaging, assets, and communications to address local market needs, customer challenges, and language preferences while maintaining alignment with global marketing strategies.
  • Leading customer-focused marketing events including seminars, roadshows, webinars, technical workshops, and industry engagements that showcase Siemens Automation solutions and create meaningful customer interactions.
  • Gathering customer insights and market intelligence by collecting feedback from events, monitoring industry trends, attending trade fairs and association events, and benchmarking competitor activities to support continuous improvement.
  • Partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with customer priorities, sales strategies, and business objectives while strengthening collaboration across regional and global stakeholders.
  • Measuring and optimizing campaign performance by tracking lead generation, engagement, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and business impact.

Your defining qualities
  • Experience with automation solutions and industrial markets with a solid understanding of the Siemens Automation portfolio, customer applications, and industry trends.
  • Strong customer-centric marketing expertise with the ability to translate global strategies into localized campaigns that address customer challenges, generate demand, and drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience delivering customer presentations, workshops, webinars, roadshows, and other customer-facing engagements.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives across sales, product management, partners, distributors, and regional teams.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness, lead generation, customer engagement, conversion rates, and return on marketing investment.
  • Proficiency in marketing, CRM, and sales enablement tools such as Highspot, SieSales, Eloqua, PathFactory, Power BI, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with the ability to execute campaigns, manage leads, analyze performance, and support sales pipeline development.
