We are looking for: Senior IT Enterprise Architect

You’ll make an impact by:

• Develop Siemens’ IT Architecture Landscape through strategic roadmaps aligned with business priorities, IT strategy, and transformation programmes.
• Build scalable, secure, and interoperable application and platform architectures that support innovation and Siemens’ IT Target Architecture.
• Govern architecture principles, standards, and guidelines to improve consistency across enterprise IT initiatives.
• Lead architecture reviews and decisions, ensuring solutions meet enterprise objectives, technical feasibility, and build requirements.
• Guide strategic IT programmes in technology selection while managing architectural risks, dependencies, and delivery alignment.
• Align business leaders, IT teams, architects, and external partners around clear, actionable architecture decisions.
• Apply LeanIX methodologies to strengthen architecture documentation, analysis, portfolio management, visibility, and enterprise decision-making.
• Improve architecture practices by optimising LeanIX usage, integrations, models, and repository insights.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• Bring 10+ years of total IT experience, including 5–8 years specialising in enterprise architecture across application and platform architecture.
• Apply proven experience crafting and implementing scalable, robust architectures within complex technology environments.
• Demonstrate solid understanding of current architectural principles, methods, frameworks, and modelling notations.
• Use EAM tools, including LeanIX, to support architecture management, documentation, analysis, and portfolio transparency.
• Lead Agile programme transformation delivery through effective strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management.
• Communicate sophisticated architectural concepts clearly and collaborate optimally with business, technical, and external stakeholders.
• Hold a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and English proficiency at C1 level or above.
