We are looking for: Enterprise Architecture Manager

You’ll make an impact by:

• Shape Siemens’ IT Architecture Landscape through strategic roadmaps aligned with business priorities, IT strategy, and transformation programmes.
• Design scalable, secure, and interoperable application and platform architectures that support innovation and Siemens’ IT Target Architecture.
• Govern architecture principles, standards, and guidelines to improve consistency and adoption across enterprise IT initiatives.
• Lead architecture reviews and decisions, ensuring design consistency, technical feasibility, and alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Guide strategic IT programmes on technology selection while managing architectural risks, dependencies, and delivery alignment.
• Align business leaders, IT teams, architects, and external partners around clear, actionable architecture decisions.
• Apply enterprise architecture methodologies using LeanIX to strengthen documentation, analysis, portfolio management, and IT transparency.
• Improve architecture practices by optimising LeanIX usage, integrations, models, and insights for strategic decision-making.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• Bring 8+ years of total IT experience, Bring 3–5 years of enterprise architecture experience, specialising in application and platform architecture.
• Apply demonstrable experience designing and implementing scalable, robust architectures within sophisticated technology environments.
• Demonstrate solid understanding of architectural principles, methods, frameworks, and modelling notations.
• Use EAM tools, including LeanIX, for architecture documentation, analysis, portfolio management, and transparency.
• Lead Agile programme transformation delivery through strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management.
• Communicate complex architectural concepts clearly and collaborate optimally with business, technical, and external stakeholders.
• Hold a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and English proficiency at C1 level or above.
