We are looking for a Accounting Professional -  P2P E2E & VIM (f/m/d) to support Sherpa activities and drive end-to-end process excellence within our organization.
 
Join a dynamic, international team where you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing processes while contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
 
 
 

You'll create impact by:

 
  • Shape and continuously optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes across the full value chain
  • Act as a key expert in VIM solutions and process automation
  • Support and contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA projects
   

Your defining qualities:

 
  • Strong expertise in Accounts Payable (P2P) processes, including invoice processing, exception handling and vendor management.
  • Advanced knowledge of OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAP, including configuration, administration, issue resolution, process optimization, and user support.
  • Proven experience in driving VIM process improvements, implementation projects, system enhancements, and automation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SAP ERP environments; experience with SAP S/4HANA and VIM integration is highly preferred.
  • Ability to analyze complex invoice processing scenarios, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); German or another European language is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across business, IT, and operational teams.
  • Experience in project work, transformations, migrations, or continuous improvement initiatives is considered a plus.
