You'll make a difference by

  • Providing strategic legal advice to business units and corporate functions, delivering practical and commercially focused guidance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Supporting complex commercial transactions by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, including NDAs, MoUs, supply and service contracts, framework agreements, tender documents, and consortium agreements.
  • Advising on bids and project execution to help manage legal risks and enable successful delivery of commercial opportunities.
  • Managing governance and approvals by supporting contract approval processes, authority requirements, and risk acceptance procedures.
  • Driving legal operational excellence through the development and improvement of templates, playbooks, policies, and standard processes.
  • Advancing legal innovation by contributing to technology-enabled legal services, AI-supported workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Legal Hub.


Your defining qualities

  • Qualified legal professional with a law degree and at least 5 years of post-qualification experience gained in a leading law firm and/or multinational organization.
  • Strong commercial contracting expertise with experience advising on commercial agreements, software licensing, SaaS offerings, and digital business models.
  • Knowledge of procurement and tendering processes with familiarity in public sector procurement and government contracting environments.
  • Interest in legal technology and transformation with enthusiasm for legal operations, AI-enabled legal work, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills with strong analytical abilities and a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across cultures, functions, and jurisdictions.
