Position Overview:

Global Mobility & Rewards (Immigration) is responsible for leading immigration operations and advisory services across the designated region, ensuring compliant, efficient, and employee-centric mobility experiences. The role serves as a trusted partner to business leaders, HR stakeholders, employees, and external immigration providers, supporting mobility services for short term assignments or business travellers

The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end immigration processes, drive operational excellence, handle customer issues, ensure compliance with global and local immigration requirements, and chip in to the continued transformation and digitalization of Global Mobility & Rewards services. The role combines strategic stakeholder management with operational leadership, governance, and continuous improvement activities.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Lead end-to-end immigration services, including visas, work permits, and residence permits for globally mobile employees.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration regulations, company policies, and cross-border employment requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, business leaders, managers, and employees on immigration matters.
  • Manage external immigration providers, driving service quality, governance, and operational excellence.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of customer focus, accountability, and innovation.
  • Drive process standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement through KPIs and data-driven insights.
  • Partner with Global Mobility, Tax, Labor Law, and P&O stakeholders to support strategic mobility and transformation initiatives.

Your success is grounded in:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or a related field; advanced degree/certification preferred.
  • 10year-12 years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, or International HR.Proven experience handling global immigration programs and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration regulations, compliance, and international mobility practices.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with immigration vendors, HR systems, and mobility tools.
