We are looking for Apprentices to be trained over a two-year period within the Smart Infrastructure Buildings Area as Junior Sales Specialists. Placement will be in one of the following Siemens locations, based on business needs: Milan, Turin, Padua, Rome, Bologna, Florence, or Bari.

This Local Talent Program is part of a commercial organization development program, which offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across different areas of the sales structure. The program includes specialized training, a mentoring path, and the possibility to explore various roles within the organization.
Your journey with us
During the program, you may experience a cross-functional rotation, allowing you to gain deep technical and commercial expertise in our digital solutions, enrich your business sense, and develop your personal skills within these areas:
Pre-sales: contributing to solution design and value engineering by analyzing customer needs, shaping tailored technical-commercial proposals, supporting bid preparation, and helping define innovative, competitive, and value-driven offerings.
Sales: contributing to customer engagement and business development activities by supporting client meetings and site visits, strengthening relationship management, and gaining direct exposure to commercial strategy, negotiations, and value-based selling.
Digital and Sustainability area: contributing to the development and promotion of digital and sustainable solutions that improve building performance, energy efficiency, and environmental impact, while helping drive the evolution toward intelligent, autonomous, and self-optimizing buildings.
Some of your main activities will be:
- Exploring the market and the competitors’ solutions
- Scouting new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships
- Promoting digitalization and innovation across the buildings’ landscape
- Developing a deep understanding of customer needs and how Siemens technologies can help them stay competitive
- Contribute to the development of tailored technical-commercial proposals aligned with customer needs
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to shape competitive and value-driven stions
Sounds interesting and exciting to you? Look at the requirements we are looking for:
- You have less than 30 years of age
- You are available to work from our Milan HQ for the first 1-2 introductory months of the program; for the remaining duration of the apprenticeship, you will work in the area assigned according to the business needs.
- Recent graduated or about to graduate in Engineering and Economics and passionate about technological innovation
- Ideally, you have had international experience (study or internship abroad)
- Internship experience is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Teamwork, strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Passion to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge
- Eligibility to work in Italy and willingness to travel and work nationally

For apprenticeship contracts, the indicative total salary range is between €28,475 and €39,350, depending on the candidate’s educational background. The apprenticeship program includes defined salary steps: compensation increases progressively based on seniority and the acquisition of skills, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL).
