In this role, you will be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and real-world business impact. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, identifying where AI can disrupt the status quo and designing the roadmap to make it happen. From Generative AI to the latest in Agentic AI, you will be at the center of our digital evolution.

Your Mission:

• Discovery & Strategic Alignment: You’ll engage with internal clients to uncover business challenges and lead advanced workshops (GenAI, Agentic AI, Design Thinking) for executives. Your goal is to educate, inspire, and prioritize the use cases that will move the needle.
• Trusted Advisor & Process Architect: You will assess complex business processes to identify where AI-driven optimization can create the most value. You’ll provide the strategic guidance needed to select the right models and frameworks, ensuring they are both technically feasible and strategically sound.
• From Vision to Implementation: You’ll lead cross-functional ideation sessions, collaborating with UX designers, data scientists, and architects. You aren't just handing over a plan; you are orchestrating the integration of complex AI solutions into existing processes, ensuring high performance and smooth user adoption at scale.

What You Bring to our team:

• The Foundation: A degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, backed by 3+ years in digital consulting or AI-driven transformation projects.
• AI Depth: Deep expertise in Machine Learning and Generative AI (LLMs, image/code gen). We are specifically looking for someone who understands Agentic AI principles and frameworks.
• Consulting Skillset: You are a pro at process mapping and requirements gathering within a large enterprise. You can translate "tech-speak" into "business-value" for non-technical audiences.
• Communication: You are fluent in English and comfortable navigating stakeholders across different business units and levels of leadership.

Bonus Points for:

• Hands-on experience with platforms like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Cloud AI.
• Familiarity with Agentic frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
• Knowledge of MLOps, Agile, and Design Thinking.
• A background within the Siemens digitalization landscape.
