Today, we are recruiting for a Finance Working Student to join our team in Istanbul, Turkey. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

• Support Commercial Project Managers in the execution of customer projects and orders in line with PM@Siemens guidelines.
• Assist in monitoring project costs, preparing cost analyses and supporting project controlling activities.
• Support the preparation of commercial and financial documentation for internal and external audits.
• Follow up guarantees, bonds, accruals, accounting documents and project receivables.
• Contribute to financial analysis, planning, forecasting and reporting activities related to projects and orders.
• Support monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities to ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting.
• Assist in cost center analyses and preparation of management reports.
• Support process improvement and digitalization initiatives within the Finance and Commercial Project Management organization.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• 3rd or 4th year student in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Available to work at least 2-3 days per week.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Interested in project finance, controlling, accounting and commercial project management.
• Team player with a proactive and structured working style.
