Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing demand generation campaigns for the Brightly APAC business. 

Aligned with the Sales team and overall company goals, this role is pivotal in developing and implementing campaigns that create quality leads and nurture prospects in our marketing funnels to meet revenue goals. This role focuses on the full client lifecycle, including new client acquisition and client relationship expansion.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage multi-channel outbound and ABM campaigns including but not limited to: email, organic and paid social, paid search, display, retargeting, advertising, content syndication, video marketing, SEO and web content, webinars and relevant event management to continually refine our process to drive pipeline.
Build strong relationships with the sales teams and ensure that marketing campaigns align and support sales and business objectives. 
Collaborate across other business units (Product Management, Services, Engineering etc.) to ensure the successful execution of campaigns against the quarterly plan. 
Execute prospect, client upsell and cross-sell campaigns to deliver a sustainable lead generation stream and brand awareness into target markets. 
Ensure consistency of messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of external marketing materials. 
Manage relationships with stakeholders, including but not limited to local and global internal stakeholders and external agencies and event vendors. 
Analyse, leverage and act on data-driven insights to optimise campaigns for continual improvement.  
Manage and develop personas and buyers journey-based nurture programs.
Develop a deep understanding of positioning, key value propositions and messaging for our solutions and markets.  
Work with external agencies for PR and Content that aligns with campaign objectives. 
Routinely report on marketing pipeline, key performance indicators and other performance insights. 
Monitor the budget to meet demand generation goals, ensuring timely and efficient use of resources and ROI.

Essential Selection Criteria:

Experience in end-to-end lead generation program planning, development, creation, delivery and execution. 
Ability to work under pressure and problem solve within a busy environment.
Ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders, clients and external vendors and contractors.
Demonstrated organisation and time management skills and attention to detail. 
High level communication skills, both written and oral.
Demonstrate personal drive and integrity through a high level of professionalism.
The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively as a member of a team as well as autonomously.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, including developing and executing multiple campaigns at any one time.
Have a high level of computer literacy and an ability to use a range of marketing software including but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Vimeo, Eventbrite, Marketo, and Salesforce. 

Qualifications & Experience:

A true B2B marketing professional with a proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and ROI. 
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar campaign management-based role (Tech or SaaS preferred, but not essential). 
Tertiary Marketing, PR, Communications, or Business qualification.
Demonstrated ability to network and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Business acumen and budget management experience.
