For our Gebze Electrification & Automation Factory, we are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician who will support the reliable and continuous operation of production equipment and electrical systems. This position operates on a 3-shift system with weekly shift rotation.

Your Role

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines and electrical equipment.
  • Diagnose electrical failures and carry out repair activities to minimize downtime.
  • Support the maintenance of factory electrical infrastructure systems.
  • Execute machine setup, start-up, and commissioning activities.
  • Contribute to installation and improvement projects within the factory.
  • Maintain technical documentation and maintenance records.
  • Ensure compliance with Siemens health, safety, and quality standards.

Your Expertise

  • Vocational High School or Associate Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Availability to work in a 3-shift system with weekly rotation.
