We make real what matters. This is your role 

Coordinating a team of In-process Quality engineers and technicians to ensure manufacturing processes are conducted in accordance with Plant standards and customer requirements
Identify & plan resources, training and development of team
Set and monitor KPIs for the team
Ensuring effective implementation of Quality Management System 
Facing customer audits for Plant approvals and re-validations
Coordinating with cross functional team for resolution of shop floor Quality issues.
Prepare and release of In-process check list by defining checks at various stages of manufacturing. Improve existing documents as per needed requirements
NC Management - Overall monitoring & controlling of all nonconformance (Internal & customer complaints) in online NC capturing tool. 
Conducting root cause analysis, corrective & preventive action for all complex/crucial problems, preparation of 8D/RCA report and its presentation to the customer. 
Prepare and release of Quality control plans as per customer specification. Supporting Site and customer service teams on queries related to Post dispatch, commissioning activities and Quality issues arising 
        at site
Support Supplier Quality management team & Incoming Quality team for topics related to material quality

Knowledge acquired in 12-15 years in Transformer Field. Manufacturing and Quality inspection knowledge will be preferred.  
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering. 
Certified as auditor for QMS 9001, EMS 14001, OHS 45001 System. 

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Power Transformers & Reactors manufacturing process and related quality requirements.
Knowledge of HVDC transformers manufacturing 
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems , EMS & OHS.
Knowledge of MS office (Advance knowledge of MS EXCEL)
Knowledge of safety practices during shopfloor/test field inspections
