You’ll create impact by

• You will assist in coordinating the interface between our Segment Business Lines and the global DI Sales Organization as part of the Domain Management team
• Additionally, you will engage in higher-level operational and strategic tasks within the broader Business Segment to further enhance our business strategies
• Your role will include supporting the development of strategic projects and contributing to the organizational setup of our Domain Management, focusing on improving ways of working between our Business Lines and Domain Managers
• You will work closely with Domain Managers to gain a good understanding of the strategic and focus portfolios of Motion Control Services, and assist by delivering insights through data analysis, generating reports ynd creating sales enablement materials
• You will manage the Business Segment SharePoint and drive knowledge management initiatives to maintain a central hub for key information.
• Moreover, you will support in managing the Segment Executive’s external communication, such as LinkedIn activities.

• Education: Currently pursuing an advanced degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience and Skills:
• Demonstrated interest in strategy, business development, and marketing through practical assignments or initial professional experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Experience in data analysis, report generation, and handling strategic projects
• Demonstrated interpersonal competence for working in a multicultural environment with a dynamic team
• Ways of Working: Strategic thinker with a systematic and structured approach, complemented by creativity, proactivity, and high motivation to learn
• Languages: Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
