Then come and join our global team as Technical Program Manager (f/m/d) Spare Parts Logistics Performance Enablement, to accompany us on our journey into the digital future within service parts logistics.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 32h/week.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will lead and organize an international team of developers, setting clear priorities and reporting progress and roadmaps to the department.
- You will establish collaboration standards and ensure alignment across the global development team.
- You will translate business needs into actionable technical requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements, data/interface specifications).
- You will represent the team with structured, audience-specific presentations and status updates.
- You will facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive decisions, clarify ownership, and remove blockers.
- You will ensure that solutions comply with data privacy and cyber security requirements while maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a university degree in business or IT, or equivalent.
- You have several years of substantial experience in project coordination or service delivery in an IT or engineering environment.
- You already have extensive, long-standing professional experience and additional qualifications in this field, but no university degree? Then we would still be delighted to receive your application.
- You have a strong track record in end-to-end project delivery: from intake and scoping through planning, RAID management, milestones, dependencies, UAT, and release readiness.
- You are very skilled in using project and documentation tools such as Azure Boards, Confluence, SharePoint, Git, PowerPoint, and Conceptboard.
- You are confident presenting to large audiences, with high quality standards regarding creating engaging and visually compelling presentations.
- You are experienced with audit-relevant documentation, change control, and structured knowledge management (e.g. data flows, interface catalogs, RACIs).
- Ideally, you are also familiar with SAP, Snowflake data flows, and integration patterns in logistics environments.
Your attributes and skills:
- You bring outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are a skilled facilitator with strong communication abilities and a strong ability to craft compelling, well-structured presentations.
- You thrive in collaborative environments and have experience working in international, cross-functional teams within agile frameworks.
- You are Business-fluent in English (C1 level or higher). Very good German language skills would be highly preferred.
- You demonstrate a proactive, analytical mindset and a high level of quality awareness, working in a structured and results-driven manner.
- You are innovative, agile, and solution-oriented—able to think abstractly, assert ideas effectively, and embody a “we win together” mindset.
