Part-time Digital Solutions Developer (suitable for students) for GBS. 

We are Global Mobility Department, which is part of Siemens Shared Service Centre.

What will you do:
  • You support us in the implementation of data engineering and data science projects with focus on marketing and sales data.
  • You help us to discover and implement optimization and automation potentials in data processes.
  • You perform data analysis and can prepare the results in an appealing and understandable way in the form of tables, graphs, or presentations.

Our expectations:
  • You are studying at a university in the field of informatics, data science or another field with similar qualifications.
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and, after initial training, to drive them forward independently - with support and in close coordination with managers and other colleagues our team.
  • As our team operates on a global scale, fluent English is a must.
  • Good knowledge of programming and database languages such as Python and SQL (Snowflake and dbt)
  • Curiosity for innovation to find optimal solutions also by evaluating and applying GenAI, Machine Learning and NLP approaches techniques.
  • Experience in the business intelligence environment (Power BI), ETL solutions (KNIME), and low-code enterprise app development (Mendix) would be beneficial.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You can support us 15-20 h / week.
