Working Student (f/m/d) Open-source Cloud or Front-end Development with a focus on Web of Things (WoT)
As a working student at Siemens, you have the opportunity to actively contribute in various areas and fully apply your skills.
You'll make an impact by
- You start by actively contributing to our open-source projects, specifically targeting the development of front-end web applications and websites that support the Web of Things community
- Furthermore, you will engage in enhancing our cloud infrastructure to provide robust public services essential for Web of Things developers
- Additionally, you will work on developing and managing the distribution of tooling required by developers working in the Web of Things ecosystem
- Throughout your tasks, you will collaborate with a team of experienced developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of project documentation and user guides

- Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Informatics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience and Skills:
- You have experience in developing front-end web technologies and REST APIs
- Involvement in contributing to open-source projects, with a preference for those who have contributed to non-personal open-source projects
- You possess demonstrable software development experience
- Ways of Working: High motivation and a strong commitment to contributing to open-source development
- Languages: You are comfortable in speaking and writing in English
