Are you ready to revolutionize Operational Excellence at Siemens in MCH P as a Working Student (f/m/d)?  

As a working student with the Operational Excellence Team, you will support us in achieving our goals as an organization around digitalization and process optimization. We act as Product Owners for ongoing agile IT developments, drive process optimization and implementation projects, and foster collaborative exchange and knowledge sharing. 

You'll make an impact by 

• Supporting process optimization and implementing new projects using a structured, user-centric approach 

• Maintaining global standards and managing our guidance center and learning platforms on SharePoint  

• Participating in the agile development of Mendix tools within a Scrum team 

• Creating engaging communications through PowerPoint presentations and digital channels like Viva and Teams groups, in close collaboration with business stakeholders  

• Building and maintaining Power BI reports tailored to specific business requirements  

This is how you'll win us over 

• Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Informatics or Business Administration, or a similar technical field 
• Experience and Skills: 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools 
  • Experience with process (re-)design and a strong digital affinity 
• Ways of Working: Growth mindset with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving, combined with excellent collaboration skills and a proactive work style 
• Languages: Business fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
