Join our dynamic team as an Admin Support and help keep our Global Mobility Team run smoothly! From managing data and documents to coordinating approvals and tracking immigration records, you’ll play a key role in supporting international assignments. Your role involves: 

  • Maintain and update assignment data in internal systems
  • Coordinate documentation and approvals for assignment-related processes
  • Administering and documenting various types of allowances for travelers, taking into account relevant policies and guidelines
  • Staying informed about changes in legislation and industry standards that may impact the process
  • Prepare, collect and maintain all necessary documents and records for the assignment life-cycle
  • Keeping a record of immigration documents and tracking their expirations
  • Initaiting orders with sevrice providers for external support
  • Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and data accuracy
  • Provide ad-hoc support for projects and process improvements

It would be great if you: 

  • Have an educational background in business administration or a related field
  • Can use English at a business level
  • Are willing to learn and open-minded
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Professional communication - maintaining clarity, respect, and confidence in every interaction. Truly understanding customer concerns and building trust through empathy.
