We’re looking for a highly skilled and proactive professional to develop cutting-edge Siemens solutions on the powerful Niagara ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, JavaScript, and web-based application development, along with hands-on experience in the Tridium Niagara Framework.

You’ll play a key role in designing and deploying robust, scalable applications that drive the next generation of intelligent infrastructure and smart building solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Design & Develop: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java, JavaScript, and modern web-based technologies, all within the Tridium Niagara Framework environment.

• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other engineers, to define requirements, design features, and deliver impactful Siemens solutions from concept to deployment.

• CI/CD Excellence: Implement and maintain robust Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring best practices for automated testing, integration, and seamless deployment processes.

• Agile Approach: Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to foster collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and ensure efficient project delivery.

• Optimize & Troubleshoot: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing initiatives within the team to elevate collective expertise.

What You'll Bring (Required Skills & Experience):

Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable professional experience in software development, with a strong foundation in Java, JavaScript, and web-based application development.

• Niagara Framework Expert: Significant and proven hands-on experience with the Tridium Niagara Framework is absolutely essential. You should be highly comfortable with its architecture and deployment strategies.

• CI/CD Mastery: Solid understanding and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and best practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

• Agile Advocate: Proficiency in Agile methodologies and a track record of active participation in Agile ceremonies.

• Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.
