Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
• In this exciting role you will be responsible for Business development for Service Business for South region of India.
Will be responsible for Business Development for all the service Portfolios for the South region and region targets.
Will be responsible for Business development of High Voltage products which includes GIS/AIS Spare Parts -Accessories, Field Services, HV Circuit breaker Retrofit, Refurbishment, Substation Modifications, uprating, GIS / AIS Bay Extensions, Planned Maintenance and Inspection, Reactive Maintenance and Repairs, Operation and Maintenance-O&M, Project Services, Transformers and Digital Services in the Southern region of India.
• Handling business development for Spare Parts and services of High Voltage Switchgear Products means all GIS /AIS Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors, Instruments Transformers, HVDC etc. manufactured by Siemens Energy in India, Germany etc and having an installed base in Southern India.
• Handling business development for generating leads for KPI based Operation and Maintenance for HV substations.
• Handling business development for generating leads for substation GIS / AIS Bay extensions, AIS to GIS conversions, CB retrofit solutions etc.
• Handling business development for generating leads for Transformer Overhauling and Repair solutions, Spare parts, bushings etc
• Handling business development for generating leads for spare parts and refurbishment solutions for HVDC and FACTS substations.
• Service Sales includes conducting Business Development activities, Customer Presentations, Spec- in for competitive advantages & Support technical / Preparation offerings to Sales. Push and market latest digital services portfolios viz. switchgear monitoring and Asset Management solutions.
• Possess high initiative to push regions channel partners and customers to derive higher growth, Quality and result-oriented, with entrepreneurial spirit and strong customer focus.
• Planning pro-active customer visits, driving Go to Market -GTM initiatives to customers for maintaining the opportunity pipeline to achieve the sales target for the responsible region.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Desire to learn & ready to expand the horizon.
• Excited to be part of latest digital services and keen to explore new market.
• Electrical engineer with at least 10-15 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledgeable & experienced in Sales, Marketing and/or Business Development activities of Transmission products preferably in after sales services.
• Should have exposure to Business of Spare parts, Services, Retrofits, Maintenance contracts of Transmission product networks.
• Should be familiar with and experience of Market, Customer Base within Southern region of India.
• Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
