You’ll make a difference by:

• Act as a contact person for all Siemens CE SEC driven ACP & Property Protection topics, regarding the security on project & office / factory sites incl. any customer sites where Siemens teams are deployed for project execution. Oversee implementation of all relevant internal guidelines, security, and compliance regulations. 
• The coordinator will report directly to Siemens COSO for operational topics and administratively into GBS appointed manager. 
• Creation and periodic update of a site risk analysis with regard to site protection aspects, in line with the CE SEC guidelines. 
• Creation / update of a site protection concept (as per CE SEC requirements), based on the results of risk analysis. 
• Coordination / implementation / checking of site protection measures acc. to Siemens guidelines and standards.
• Implementation of process descriptions for ensuring adequate protection measures for Siemens sites. 
• Coordination / cooperation in security-relevant issues (such as for travel security, event protection, etc.) 
• Participation in the organization of emergency management and of the Crisis Management Organization (CMO), acc. to internal requirements (e.g., CM Plan). 
• Counselling / training business teams on site-relevant security matters. 
• Evaluating enforcement of Siemens regulations on behalf of the CE SEC organization.

Your success is grounded in:

• At least 3-5 years of physical security experience in a corporate setup. 
• Added advantages for industrial security experience. 
• Experience in implementation of property protection & project site security measures.
• Should be able to oversee and evaluate implementation of various security policies and processes. 
• Should be able to conduct safety and security training for internal / external stakeholders. 
• Relevant certifications would be an added advantage. 
• Knowledge of various security system technologies and past working experience is essential.
• Work would involve around 30% travel.
