What Makes Our Process Different?

What Will Your Day Look Like?

You’ll be based in Stoke Poges, where we encourage office presence to help you learn, connect, and thrive. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely for 2-3 days a week.

Your role will include:
  • Tasks to develop skills such as communication, teamwork, commercial awareness, digitisation and innovation. 
  • Identify, design, implement then manage process improvement initiatives for immediate team and wider business units. 
  • Experience 360° feedback with management regarding your current development and performance 
What We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, if you’re curious, motivated, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you.
You will be working towards a degree in any discipline with an interest in Business or Economics. 
Work experience in a business environment would be beneficial but not essential 
Have the self-determination and ability to drive your own development throughout the summer.
