As a Marketing & Team Assistant, you'll be key to our dynamic global team, contributing to compelling presentations, engaging video content, and seamless marketing events. 
You'll also support the team with essential administrative tasks like office management, coordinating hiring and onboarding, organizing information, and managing business travel.

Your Contribution to Our Team: 
  • Administrative support: Including office management, hiring and onboarding coordination, information organization, and business travel logistics.
  • Presentation Design: Create visually appealing presentations (e.g., PowerPoint) with strong brand consistency and storytelling. 
  • Video Content: Design, edit, and produce engaging videos, including using AI tools like Synthesia, for internal communication purposes. 
  • Meeting & Event Support: Assist with planning, organizing, and executing internal and external events, and workshops, including logistics and materials. 
  • Project-Specific Support: Providing valuable assistance for various projects across the marketing & communications department. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with colleagues to effectively implement topics across presentations, videos, and events.

What We're Looking For: 
  • Currently pursuing or having completed studies (m/f/d) in Marketing, Communications, Media Design, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or a related creative/technical field. 
  • Strong affinity for marketing, visual communication, storytelling, and user experience (UX) principles. 
  • Proven experience or strong interest in presentation design and development (e.g., PowerPoint). 
  • Interest in or initial experience with video editing 
  • Initial experience or strong willingness to learn about event organization and coordination. 
  • Independent, structured, creative, and solution-oriented working style with excellent attention to detail. 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint. Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a significant advantage. 
  • Fluent in English
